“A nice, ambling little album, but not the lyrical genious displayed in earlier discs. (Rated 3 out of 5)”
DM is mellowing out! The songs aren't the hard-hitting fact-stating encoded cypherous tunes that he once produced. (Rated 2 out of 5)
“Wonderful!!! I think that this album is very catchy and musical, while the lyrics are very beautiful, and terrfically sincere. Absolutely, a beautiful album. Thanks, Don! (Rated 5 out of 5)”
not as good as previous albums (Rated 3 out of 5)
“NOT A BAD ALBUM BUT NOTHING SPECIAL, THE RIVER OF LOVE IS THE ONLY SONG THAT IS CLASSIC DON! BUT IS A HAPPY ALBUM, WHICH REFLECTS DONS MOOD THESE DAYS! (Rated 3 out of 5)”
“Don Goes ninties!
Very Great stuff such as Angry Words.
Excellent vocal work on The River of Love as well! (Rated 5 out of 5)”
Not as good as Headroom but keeps to good form with the title track and Better Still. You're My Little Darlin is however the only song that could truly hold its own against compositions from earlier in his career. Still love the CD though. (Rated 3 out of 5)
“Being a fan of Don for so many years, ever since Tapestry, I was really so disappointed by this album. Not at all the ´kind of music I fell in love with (Rated 2 out of 5)”
